We believe that football should be about skill, not just connections. That's why we're breaking down barriers and smashing unfair biases. We've designed Fun Flair Festivals to identify exceptional talent, no matter where you come from or who you know.
Our coaches will assess the skills and talents of all attendees through a series of games, drills, and skill tests. By analysing the players in attendance, we'll evaluate the performance of all participants and select the top performers.

As simple as that!
Your application will be reviewed by our head office staff and you will be invited based on available space.
Your will attend a Fun Flair Festival. Your child's footballing ability will be assessed by the scouts.
All players who meet the level we are looking for will be invited to the final at Chelsea Football Academy for scouting.
